I just started playing on valguero and it honestly feels really big to me. You have far more depth with cave systems which makes them feel larger. On maps like the Centre, Valguero, aberration etc. Aside from a couple water tunnels and one mountain being a gave network there are no cave systems. I will say the biggest downfall is it's lack of layers that other maps have. Add to that the amount of water on the map. It also might feel smaller because there are so many different biomes which leads to many of them seeming smaller. Also tropical ones get faster from water so you really soar across the map. So I feel like for most people you can get them quicker than. It's also super easy to get wyverns in Crystal Iles because you can tame them. The next closest thing to them is a griffin and that takes skill to actually fly fast and is only found here and ragnarok. I think that's largely due to the fact that crystal wyverns and Tropeoganthus or whatever are so much faster than other fliers. I will say that with Crystal Iles size it feels surprisingly small. And I'm currently just starting on valguero. I lost my scorched earth game when my whole ark game got messed up in an update. The other 3 I mentioned I have barely played. With a considerable amount on Ragnarok and the island too. I've played on Crystal Iles, Ragnarok, The Island, Scorched Earth, the Centre and Vaguero. Thanks for putting in the work for making this.
